主編的話

      It has been more than a year since the publication of our last issue in November 2012 and more than seven years from the time we had our MC Newsletter first issue in December 2006. Seven years can turn a guy from a layman into a professional or you may be able to get a Bachelor Degree or even a Master Degree after seven years of hardworking. To our team, these years and the 14 issues had given us a chance to share with you some technique in using the TGMS in a more effective way, new system(s), equipment or work flows being introduced to FSCC as well as MCUs and some leisure and happy stuff such as travels, weddings and new born babies from our beloved MC family members. All of these actually mean a lot to our team members and at least we know what we have done so far are worthy, meaningful and most importantly that we are on the right track. In order to keep this newsletter an interesting and entertaining one and yet you will get something in the end after reading, we will work hard on bringing you guys new topics from this issue onwards.

      Conflicts among people seem to be common in our everyday life nowadays both in workplace and at home. There are obviously many reasons behind a conflict but we consider that lacking of understanding somehow might contribute quite a large part of it. In order to have a better working relationship among all of us, we have decided to introduce a new topic starting from this issue and that is the 'Private Talk’. The topic aims at providing a platform for our MC family members to expose and talk about themselves openly through an interview so as to let others have a more comprehensive picture about them in different dimensions. In this issue, we have invited our Unit heads to conduct the interviews and later on, any of you or anyone sitting next to you might possibly be the interviewee and appear on our cover page. Therefore, do not hesitate to let any of our team members know if you want to be the one.

      Besides the 'Private Talk', there are some other new topics such as the comics and the free market etc that you might wish to take a look too. Moreover, we have a new design on the typesetting of the newsletter as well and we wish that it will be more beautiful, attractive and readable to you.
